Hi, I have recently downloaded Amelia online booking for my wordpress website.

I have accepted the plug in and followed various steps, but am struggling to get it on my website for customers to book.
Also how do I block out times, so 2 hours then 2 hours later on in a day. and not just a 1 hour break for lunch.

    Hi Duncan

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Once you have created an employee, set his work hours, created a service and assigned the employee to this service all you need to do is to create a new WordPress page and add a desired shortcode for the Amelia booking form to appear. Please check our quick-start guide for more detailed instructions

You can set a work schedule that suits your needs, you don't need to add a break when you want to have some time off, you can simply specify the work periods for that day

I hope this helps, do let us know if you need any further assistance.

Hi, So I am still having trouble getting my Amelia plug in onto my website for customers to use. I have added the services to the Amelia app. I have followed the steps and got Amelia on my dashboard on the wordpress, but can't seem to make it live.

    Any help would be good

    Thanks

    Hi Duncan

I am not sure I understand the issue I'm afraid. Did you create employees and set their work schedules, assigned them to these services? Did you place any Amelia shortcodes on any of your website pages?
