Hello,
I have an employee that is making events and when he makes an event and someone books the event, all the employees get an email.
This was not happening before, any idea why?

Thank you for purchasing Amelia, and for reaching out to us.
If you have other employees assigned to that event that is the reason why all of them are getting notified. Can you please check if this is the case?
If this doesn't help please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

There's one event (MODAL VERBS (ID: 2151)) that has multiple staff (employees) added: Did all employees receive the email for this event? If there's only one STAFF added, then only one employee should receive the email. If this doesn't help, please provide us with more detail and screenshots.

Hello Raul,
An employee can't be an administrator. This is most likely why this is happening. An administrator can't be mixed with any other user role, so you should definitely remove this role from the employee's WP user.
That's not the default behavior of Amelia, what you've shown us in the video, and it's coming from the additional user role - there are various issues that can occur when you do this.
So, along this one, the employee may be able to see everybody's appointments and events, or they wouldn't be able to edit something in the back-end, and so on.
After you remove the Admin role from this employee, everything should be working fine, and if you want this person to have access as admin - you should simply create a separate admin account.
