Sorry for the delayed response, we are a bit short-staffed at the moment, I'm afraid you con't bump up a ticket, they are being replied to in the order the first came in.
It is best to reach out to your hosting provider to provide you with the exact information needed to set up the SMTP connection. Here is a video tutorial on how to configure it for gmail for example but it is best to request the exact information from your hosting provider as Amelia serves only as a connection and the information needed is sometimes hosting provider specific
