Hiya We are looking for a Wordpress Plugin that will allow us to schedule our classes but at the same time allocate attendees to classes permanently unless they leave in the future. Basically a way of repeating their booking until we stop it.
What you're looking for to achieve is not possible with Amelia in that manner, but there may be a workaround.
You can create a Package of services, and set the number of appointments that you offer (for example 100 appointments). You can define the package, so they are required to book 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, or 100 appointments right away - your choice.
If you configure the package so they should book (for example) 5 appointments now, and 95 appointments later, from the customer panel, they would purchase the package with those 5 appointments, and they'd later choose the remaining dates.
There's no way to make the appointments recur, unfortunately.
