With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.

I installed Amelia. I enabled customer rescheduling. I did not require the customer to have a password. (https://academiesofmusic.com/rescheduling/)
1) When a link is sent, it requires a password. I don't want this
2) I want the confirmation appointment email to have the "Customer Panel Access Link" just like your demo, mine does NOT.
3) When the confirmation email is sent, it says the following:
Be careful with this messageGmail could not verify that it actually came from [email protected]. Avoid clicking links, downloading attachments, or replying with personal information.

Thank you for purchasing Amelia, and for reaching out to us.
You didn't enable this option because it's enabled by default - this means that customers will need to log in with an email and password to access their appointments on the Panel.
If you don't want to enable the password for the customer panel, you need to disable that option in Amelia/Settings/Roles/Customer.
When you do that, a customer will enter their email address and they will receive a URL with a unique token in the email notifications that will log them into the panel without entering their email and password. Make sure to add the %customer_panel_url% placeholder in your emails, though.
As for the Gmail verification message, please check out the following thread: https://support.hostinger.com/en/articles/1583477-how-can-i-fix-gmail-couldn-t-verify-that-domain-actually-sent-this-messageThis is caused by security measures on your website, and/or mailing configuration - it's not coming from Amelia.

Hello Marko and thank you for your reply. I have to say I reeeeally wanted Amelia to be a solution for me, but I am getting frustrated and disappointed at how un-user friendly the set-up is. I am on the verge of asking for a refund before my 15 days run out. It seems the set up process was written by developers with the assumption that users would be developers too. It needs to be relatable to all users.
I have included the %customer_panel_url% placeholder. Now when I click on the customer panel link, I have login as a wordpress user with a password. This is a deal breaker. If my customers have to do this, I will change to another scheduler.
Please plainly direct me on how to have my customers have a rescheduling experience just as the demo on Amelia. Your first directions did not work. I am losing time and I need clear, complete instructions.

Thank you for purchasing Amelia, and for reaching out to us.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Thank you Marko for the refund. I really wanted Amelia booking to work out. I need something like this very much. You need to find a way for customers to chat tech support in real time. If you have to raise the price, it will be worth it. When I am working on it and I need a fix, after 2-3 days I need to find a product that will work. I went with Booknetic. They have live real person online chat that does quasi customer service/basic tech questions. It is working for me only because I could get answers when I needed them. I only telling you this so maybe Amelia booking can find a way to retain customers having issues setting up the plugin. Which as you see in the forums is substantial. Thank you for the fast refund and I would buy from your company again if there is a product I need.

Sorry for the late response. Our team is cut in half due to Covid-19 infections, so our response times are longer than usual.
We understand your point of view and we have forwarded your suggestion to the relevant sector. For now, customers have access to our documentation which is extensive and we implemented a chatbot. What will the future bring we do not know.
