We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hide employee selection option in catalog view

    Hi!

    I would like to hide the employee selection option in the [ameliacatalog] view, as this question appears when 2 employee give lessons for a same course.

    basically I would like to have it like this (for courses where there are several employees) ;

    1. select a service catalog

    2. select the service of that catalog

    3. Pick an available date, without that pre-step of choosing an employee as it doesn't matter, their (same) course(s) do happen on different days. So depending on the day you choose in the calendar, you will have a different employee. That "any employee" or the choice given, will unfortunately confuse many customers :'(

    I'm working with DIVI, and I can't find the option in the module to skip/hide that question.

    Thanks in advance !

    Hi Marko

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    If you are running the latest version of Amelia (v4.3) you can customize the look of the catalog forms from the Customize tab in Amelia. Simply choose the form you want to edit and navigate to the step where this information is displayed. Click on the edit icon next to the desired field and disable visibility on front end.
