Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    I'm using the Amelia plugin.

    It is about browser cache and content cache.
    Is it okay to turn on both functions?

    If either of these is OK, it would be helpful if you could tell me what it is.

    Hello Ryuichi,

    Thank you for purchasing Amelia, and for reaching out to us.

    We don't quite understand what you mean, so can you explain in a bit more detail?If you cache pages where Amelia is included, the content may not load properly, so we wouldn't recommend doing that

    Kind Regards,

    To begin with, I have encountered a problem.
    It seems that you are sending e-mails after the reservation information has been registered in the database.

    Please use the search reservation function.
    This is when it is loading to complete the reservation.
    If you tap anywhere on the screen to close the dialog
    The reservation will be completed, but the e-mail will not be sent.

    The problem is that the email is not sent.
    This is a problem that occurs no matter which version of Amelia you use.
    I don't know if it is due to the user's internet connection or the user's device performance.

    It seems that sometimes the reservation process is finished before the email is sent.

    So I needed to speed up the process about the reservation and wanted to use the cache.

    I'm using a translation tool, so sorry for the weirdness of the text.

    Hello Ryuichi,

    Thank you for purchasing Amelia, and for reaching out to us.

    If I understood correctly - the notifications aren't always being sent?If that's true, please add the following cron job to your server:

    */15 * * * * https://example.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wpamelia_api&call=/notifications/undelivered/send

    Just make sure to replace "https://example.com/" with your actual website.

    Depending on the server, there are different configurations for it, which you can contact your hosting provider about, or you can check out one of the solutions for it on this link.

    Also, you can try this:

    */15 * * * * wget -q -O - "https://www.yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wpamelia_api&call=/notifications/scheduled/send"

    Or this:

    */15 * * * * /usr/local/bin/php ~/public_html/wp-cron.php --action='wpamelia_api' --call='/notifications/scheduled/send'

    Or this:

    GET 'https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wpamelia_api&call=/notifications/scheduled/send' > /dev/null

    WP Crontrol plugin is the best option if you're not familiar with cron jobx. You can find more info about it, and detailed instructions on how to set it up in our FAQ section.
