You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Can you tell me how to offer a gift certificate to be used for my services offered through my Amelia plugin? I saw a thread about integrating Woo Commerce. If i create a gift certificate through woo commerce can people cash it in through Amelia? Any helpful guidance would be much appreciated.

We don't have gift vouchers but we have an option for creating discount codes. These codes can be set and sent automatically in our notifications after the customer schedules X number of appointments or you can give on some other way to your customers. More about our coupons you can read here (below the "Payments" part).
