Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    Hi there !

I want to use the Amelia plugin to create tour booking for a small agency.
Please, provide me with some guidelines reffering to how can i create an event with variations ( e.g City Tour Standard up to 3 persons - 100 $ / City Tour Premum up to 3 persons - 150$ / City Tour Group up to 8 persons 200 $ ).

The customer should have acces to a searching form ( period. type or tour standard / premium / group ) and after that in a new page the results should be only those for the category he selected.

    King regards,
    Vlad Dascaliu

    Hello Vlad

Thank you for your purchase, and sorry for the late response. Our team is cut in half due to Covid-19 infections, so our response times are longer than usual. Thank you for your patience!

You can create 3 different services that have maximum capacity set to 3, or 8. In Amelia Settings/Appointment settings, enable "Allow booking below minimum capacity" if you want multiple customers to book the same time slot.

The availability of this service depends on your employees' working hours, so if the service lasts 3 hours, and your employee works from 09:00 - 18:00, the service will be bookable 3 times during the day. If you assign one employee to all 3 services, then only one of these services can be booked at a certain time.

I wouldn't advise using the [ameliasearch] booking form, as it's not quite user-friendly. We'll work on it in the future, but at the moment it's better to use the [ameliacatalog] form, where there's no search, but it's easier to navigate.

If you need some further assistance, please feel free to reach out to us.

    Kind Regards,

    Aleksandar Vuković
