I have an issue with Amelia not saving my email templates under Notifications in the dashboard menu.
I type into the existing template for "Appointment Approval", hit Save. Then I see the fly-in notification from Amelia saying "Success. Notification has been saved". Next, I'll click the next template and then back to the template I just updated but the input box is empty. Nothing is sticking after saving. And yes, the checkbox attached to the template is already checked.
Please help with this and my other ticket, #2900119. Thank you for your help!
Thank you for your purchase, and sorry for the late response.
Please check if you have a browser extension for grammar, like Grammarly or Language Tool. If you do, please turn it off for your back-end site, and you'll be able to modify and save the notifications without any issues.
Check out the video attached to my response. We've reached out to Grammarly about this, in the hope their developers will want to work with us in order to resolve this issue permanently.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
