With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.

I have a yoga center, and my classes can attend 8 clients at the same time (without knowing each other).
I have indicated up to 8 people capacity in the service, but when I try to book with another client a class that is already reserved, but with 7 free places (1/8) it does not allow it.
What I can be doing wrong?

Thank you for your interest in our product.
You will need to go to Ameli/settings/appointment settings and enable Allow booking below minimum capacity. And that is it you customers will be able to book the group appointments and the appointments will not close after the first booking.
