I would like to allow the management to access the dashboard so they can see KPIs and Appointment statuses without seeing the rest of the Wordpress admin settings and stuff like plugins. Is there anyway to implement this?
Thank you for your inquiry and sorry for our late response. Half of our team is sick (with Covid 19) and we are giving our best to answer as soon as possible.
The manager user can only access WP and have all permissions like the admin user just without the option to delete anything (create employees, services, appointments, etc.). Also, the manager user cannot see the WordPress settings that the admin sees but sees the WP panel (however, without the option to change admin settings). At the moment we don't have a separate panel for managers and since this hasn't been requested a lot it is not among our priorities for the next period.
On the other side employee users can have their own employee panel without WordPress but cannot see the dashboard, just the appointments, and events assigned to them.
