Zoom integration works for the "master profile", and within that profile you need to add additional users, as mentioned in our documentation. As for Stripe, PayPal, etc. - there's no way to have separate accounts for each employee.

Employees inherit the time zone you configured in WordPress, but if you enable "Show booking slots in client time zone" in Amelia's General settings, your customers will see the booking times in their time zone.
Phone number and email can, but don't have to be mandatory fields. They're configured in Amelia's General Settings.
Waitlist is on our "to-do" list, but it hasn't been developed yet. We don't have an ETA on it, unfortunately.
Unfortunately, we do not provide customization services anymore, since our developers are busy working on priority tasks and issues.
