We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
1) I would like to know if there is a way to give a specific user a role that would let this person delete the bookings like the administrator, but with no access to the resto of the site, like Amelia Manager but with the possibility of deleting bookings.
2) I enebled the Google Calendar syncronization and I recieve notifications in my Google Calendar, but I can't see the employee, only the time and the client. It's not very helpfull if I have 3 employees and can't see which one was booked. Is there any way to add or activate this feature?
Thank you in advance
Regards
Hello Liborio,
Thank you for purchasing Amelia, and for reaching out to us.
1. Unfortunately currently, there is no such feature built-in in Amelia. You may be able to do this if you enable "read", "write" and "delete" capabilities of this user through a plugin like "User Role Editor". Please note that this is a custom solution, and as such doesn't fall under included support for the plugin. We cannot guarantee that this will work.
2. Go to Amelia Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar, and add %employee_full_name% placeholder to the title and/or the description of the event. That way, the plugin will show the name of the employee in the title of the Google Event. Please note that you can use all placeholders from Amelia/Notifications in here.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
