Hello, after I go in to a notification email template to edit it, it disappears. I edit it, save, it gives me saved successfuly message, then everything in the text editor box disappears on that and every other email notification template! Very frustrating!
Can I please ask you if you are using Grammarly? I cannot see from the screenshots the entire text box to see if Grammarly is there but we have an issue with Grammarly that affects our templates. We haven't been able to fix this since we are not completely sure what is the issue, probably the Text Editor that we use is not compatible with Grammarly so it causes issues. If you are using Grammarly then just disable it when you are setting up the notifications and everything will work properly.
However, if you don't use Grammarly I will need to ask both of you to please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except me, or open the separate private tickets and send me links here to see and help faster.
Same thing happened to me. I use ProWritingAid instead of Grammarly. When I disabled it from the site, it worked. It would be nice to get that corrected.
That also interfered with sending test emails properly.
To avoid making a mess, I kindly ask those of you who are still experiencing similar problems to create individual private tickets, since such issues may require your wp-admin credentials.

This has happened to me too! I have had to stop editing my notifications. Have the developers been notified of this bug?

Ah, I DO use Grammerly! Ok I'll try without... That Grammerly can be an annoying pain sometimes..

Dear ladies and gentlemen,
To avoid making a mess, I kindly ask those of you who are still experiencing similar problems to create individual private tickets, since such issues may require your wp-admin credentials.
Thanks for your understanding.
