I created an employee profile, but she changed the email and didn't receive it when someone booked it. Now, i don't know how in the back end can i see the google meet url created for this book. Is it possible?
Sorry for the late response. Our team is cut in half due to Covid-19 infections, so our response times are longer than usual. Thank you for your patience!
The email of the employee doesn't need to have anything to do with the Google Calendar account they're linked with, so if the employee's email was changed, the linked Google Calendar is still the same unless she changed that as well.
So, she should still be able to access the previous Google Calendar, and see the Google Meet URL in there. After that, she should disconnect her employee from Google Calendar, and connect it to the new email address.
and for example, packages? Just a moment ago a customer bought a package, but with the email of the university, so she didn't get the links in google calendar.
1.- How can i see them and resend them?
2.- A package has 4 appointments. How can i send then in a notification message the google meet url for each appointment?
You cannot resend the Google Calendar event creation. Check if this employee is connected to the correct Google Calendar in her profile.
Did you add the %google_meet_url% in the email notifications, or in the description of Google Calendar event?
Each appointment's google meet is automatically generated, you can't resend it if you haven't added it to the email templates, or in the description of the Google Calendar. Please check out our documentation.
If you still have issues with this, provide me with employee's details and a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
