I am having an issue with booking times on Amelia. Amelia doesn’t have time zones and my website time zone is set to EST and my clients are also in same time zone. When a client schedules an event for 10:00 am it shows a different local time than the client time. I have checked the Wordpress setting and it is set to EST with the City as Toronto correctly. So I am not sure where the "local time" is being picked up from. I also tried to switch off the "Show booking slots in client time zone" to see if that made a difference and all it does is show the calendar in an incorrect time zone. When I "Show booking slots in client time zone" it shows correctly on the front end. The issue is that while the client is booking in their local time zone correctly, the email confirmation and the booking goes to them in the incorrect Local Time Zone. Front end shows correct client local time: https://share.uncanvas.com/E0uKL5nm Confirmation shows incorrect 'wordpress local time' but correct client time: https://share.uncanvas.com/NQu7pkB5
Thank you for your inquiry and sorry for our late response. Due to the Covid 19 half of our team is not working so we are giving our best to answer as soon as possible.
I have tried this on our side from your booking form and on a cart, I am seeing the same time as selected during the booking, so I was not able to reproduce this issue.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Hi Mikesh,
This on the WooCommerce side, we have checked and time zones are the same on our side, so please read this article from WooCommerce
https://support.cartrover.com/portal/en/kb/articles/setting-woocommerce-timezone
They say: "If you have set your timezone but the Local time displayed is still incorrect, you will need to fix your server's time"
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
