I don't quite understand the problem here, but I'll do my best to help you out.
The service duration can't be changed, so if the duration is 10 minutes, that's it for all doctors. Each employee (doctor) can have a different Maximum Capacity, but you need to configure that in Amelia/Employees - when you access the employee's profile, go to "Assigned Services", and in there you will be able to set max capacity "6" for the 1st doctor, and "2" for the 2nd doctor.

we want to set two doctors on vaccination, one we already got, she can do 6 vaccinations at 10 minutes, the secound can do 2 at 10 minutes
so we put both in the same service, and set service up to 8 in 10 minutes, the system want to change each in 8 in 10 minutes
whats wrong, as far as we understood, the max in service can be organized by different doctors?
