We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
We implemented Amelia for a clients Website, and after setting it up for them, they've been using it on their own. But now that they added a new Employee, we're unable to assign any Employee to a Service. It just says "No data" and we can't choose anyone, nor can we save the Service anymore, since it is a mandatory field.
The Services don't show up anymore at all, every time we reload the site they're all gone again.
But when I open the Services Filter on the Employee Page, it shows all Services and Categories that we added.
I also can't view or even open the new Employee on the Employee Page. It just keeps loading without ever opening it.
We aren't entirely sure about what exactly our clients did. But apparently it messed with the whole system. Thanks for your support in advance.
Hi Manuel,
Thank you for contacting us.
Can you please check do you have a customer created on the customers page that has the same email as the admin user? This can happen if you make a booking from the booking form as an admin and that automatically creates the customer user, it makes a conflict and you cannot use the plugin entirely.
If you cannot find it I will need to ask you to please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
If there is a customer+admin user we will need access to your database so we can delete it.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
