    Hi, I submitted a private ticket two days ago and nothing, I suppose if I submit a public one I will get answer sooner. Could you check my private ticket please?

    Our work hours are 10:00 - 17:00 (can vary up to 1-2 hours) CET Monday - Friday, and we have also implemented working weekends; so you can expect a response from us then. We have a response time limit 3-5 days but we mostly respond to tickets in 24 hours on work days. We aim to respond to tickets in order in which they have arrived
