Hi,
How can I disable the customer from choosing a specific employee for the services and packages?
Is there a way that the system would just choose one of the available employees automatically without giving an option to the customer to choose?
If this is doable with a CSS, can you please explain where to add the CSS?
Thanks,
Al
Hi Al,
Thank you for your inquiry.
You can hide the employee selection on our Customize page. Go to the Customize page, choose a booking form you need, click on the edit option beside the Employees, and enable the toggle to hide the selection.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,

Hi,
Thanks for the reply, however, I don't see disabling Employee field as an option in 'Catalog Package'
Am I missing something?
Regards,
Al
Hi Al,
Unfortunately at the moment, Employees cannot be hidden from Packages, but I have forwarded this to our team and it will be added in the 4.4 version.
You can add this code to the Custom CSS section on the page until we release the option:
Just please test it, because we didn't have a link to your website so we were not able to try it.
Best regards.

Hello,
I actually think somehow it worked after I tried disabling all the employee options from the Customize Page for all the Forms there.
Weird but it worked. I was able to just book a package and Amelia picked up a random employee.
Thanks,
Al
Hi Al,
I am glad to hear that it worked.
Have a nice day.
