You can hide the employee selection on our Customize page. Go to the Customize page, choose a booking form you need, click on the edit option beside the Employees, and enable the toggle to hide the selection.

I actually think somehow it worked after I tried disabling all the employee options from the Customize Page for all the Forms there.
Weird but it worked. I was able to just book a package and Amelia picked up a random employee.
