    Hi,

I am busy working out my workflows and SOPs. This is the ideal we have arrived at:
    1) The clients takes a package of up to 24 coaching sessions (12 core coaching and 12 strategic coaching) that must be used within 3 months at maximum of one of each session type per week.

    2) They would pay up-front for this package but would only make the first two bookings (a core coaching session and a strategic coaching session during the checkout process).

    3) When the client is finished a coaching session they are emailed a link with a link to book the next session of that type until the 3 months is over.

How close can we get to this ideal using Amelia for the bookings?

We are using Pabbly and/or Zapier for our integrations and automations

    Hello Ryan,

Thank you for purchasing Amelia, and for reaching out to us.

You can get pretty close to what you want but not all the way.

    1. You can create the packages of services that you want but within Amelia, you don't have the option of forcing the customers to book the classes every week and within three months.

    2. You need to set the "Minimum bookings required" to 2, and "Maximum bookings required" to 2, so customers are forced to book 2 appointments straight away, and the rest through the customer panel.

    3. We have a scheduled notification "Appointment Follow-up". When you configure it, you can include the %customer_panel_url% placeholder, and instruct the customers to book the remaining appointments from there.

Also we have integration with Zapier, you can see all that in the link we sent you https://wpamelia.com/woocommerce-integration/.

    Kind Regards,
