In order to allow existing WordPress users to log both into WordPress (or WooCommerce, or some membership plugin) and Amelia using the same credentials, customers and employees in Amelia need to have "Amelia Customer" or "Amelia Employee" user role assigned to them. If there's a WordPress user created, but they don't yet have anything purchased through Amelia, you need to enable "Automatically create Amelia Customer user" in Amelia Settings/Roles/Customer, and then - after they log into their WordPress user, once they land on Amelia's booking page, their details will already be populated, and once they purchase the appointment, they'll be able to visit the Amelia Customer Panel without logging in (since they're already logged in as a WordPress user).
Yes, please, provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
This user ([email protected]) is not added as Amelia Customer, but instead as "Subscriber":
That's why the same login doesn't apply.

You can also install "User Role Editor" plugin, and assign an additional role "Amelia Customer" to this user, and after that, link the customer from Amelia/Customers with this WP User. After that, the same login will be used for WP user, and Amelia Customer user.
The panel is working fine now, but the only problem I have now is that I cannot book appointments in different name from one email.
My purpose is that I want to give my partners a panel where they can see all the bookings they bring in for us and they should also be able to see the finance. So that we are transparent.
Thank you for purchasing Amelia, and for reaching out to us.
We understand what you want to achieve but currently, there is no such feature built-in in Amelia.
We can offer you to solutions and none of them is perfect.
First is to create cutomer-panel like Alexander sad. There you can give permission to your partners to be able to:
Configure their services – this option allows employees to assign services and set their own capacity and price for each service.
Configure their schedule – this option allows employees to set their working hours and specific schedule for each service and location.
Configure their days off – this option allows employees to set their days offs.
Configure their special days – this option allows employees to create days when they will have some other specific working schedule than it is set in working hours for each week.
Manage their appointments – this option allows employees to add new appointments or edit existing ones assigned to them.
Manage their events – this option allows employees to add new events or edit the existing ones assigned to them.
When they can configure their appointments they will know exactly how many bookings they bring in for you.
And i can suggest the other way that is less than perfect. You can add them as Managers.
With the Manager role they have almost the same permissions as an “Administrator” role, but with a few important differences. A manager is allowed to hide but not delete anything; a manager cannot customize the front-end look of the plugin and doesn’t have access to the WordPress settings.
We understand that is not ideal but this is the only solution that we can offer to you, unfortunately.
If you have any more questions please feel free to open another ticket.

Hi Aleksander,
Did you try to add one Amelia Customer ?
Coz when I tried it didn't work.
Not sure what the issue really is.
Please have a look
Hello again Rufaidh.
Sorry for the late response.
I did log in again, but now I see you were able to create the customer, and link the customer to the WordPress user:
So, I guess you were able to figure this one out? Is there anything else I can help you with?
Kind Regards,
