We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Can you provide an update on the sorting and searching issue with Gravity forms-based tables?

    Hi David,

    Thank you for your interest in wpDataTables.

    This notice is only for server side tables. If you turn it on filtering will work fine because all entries are on the page and for filtering, sorting is responsible Datatable engine(jQuery plugin on which is based wpDataTables)

    For server side we are getting data that are based on Gravity API that do not have functions for filtering or sorting by specific column, so we are using available functions that are puling data with custom long queries (on there side there a different logic for saving different input fields ) which may cause different results or not result at all.

    At the moment there are priority tasks that have to be done, but this is something that we will be considered in future based on users requests.

    We constantly strive to make our product better, and deliver the most value for our end users - so please share your feedback on what features you need on this link.
