In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hi,
    I bought amelia to have customer bookings on my wp elementor pro page.
    my problem is:
    if I follow your tutorial and I create the pop-up as you did I can't see the amelia plugin if I open the page...

    but if I create a new page it shows me the plugin.

    I really like to have the booking as a pop-up can you please help me.

    What reason can it be?

    what I did:

    crate a new pop-up
    entered shortcode plugin
    [ameliabooking trigger=amelia-custom-id]
    saved poppup

    Created 4 Buttons on my page
    2 used for web bookings
    2 used for mobile bookings
    integrated the pop-up link
    added the Button ID: amelia-custom-id
    saved everything and checked 10 times....

    ich I open the pop-up now it pops up I can see the background bot no booking or anything of amelia??? I drives me crazy (uh uh)

    Can you please help me?

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    Can you please follow our detailed explanation added in this article https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/article/17640/ and try to set the shortcode following this explanation.

    If after that you still experience issue I will need to ask you to please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
