We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hi, we are currently testing out the Amelia booking with a limited group before rolling out to everyone. In our testing we have identified a couple of niggles/issues:

1 - Customer mobile/cell number sometimes disappears. When a customer is making bookings, sometimes the mobile (cell) number has disappeared (box is blank) yet their name & email address is still there. The booking cannot be placed without it, yet the customer cannot enter it manually. The workaround is for them to log out and back in, but they shouldn't have to do this.

2 - Manage Bookings / Events. When a customer is looking to manage their events, the default time period is one day (current), so they are not seeing further bookings at a  glance and this causes confusion. If a client is wanting to 'manage bookings' it is not logical for the default to just be the current date.  Is there any way of changing this default period? Ideally it should be the next 10 days or the current month.

We would appreciate comments/support on this.

    Hello Glenn

Sorry for the late response. Our team is cut in half due to Covid-19 infections, so our response times are longer than usual. Thank you for your patience!

    1. Are you referring to the front-end booking form? I suppose that, if their name and last name are already in the form, these customers are saved as WP users? However, even if they are saved as WP users, and their email, name, and last name are prefilled and non-alterable, if the phone number is not saved in the database, that field will still be available for editing. We just tested it on our local and dev servers, and it works fine, so can you please record this behavior?

    2. At the moment, this can't be pre-configured in the plugin, but we will add that in the future.

Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, and see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.

After it's been reviewed it will be presented on the front page, for voting. Please note that it may take some time before your suggestion is brought up for voting since we receive quite a lot of suggestions on daily basis.

    Kind Regards,

    Aleksandar Vuković
