We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

The service we offer has a default duration for 1 hour but the service has a flexible duration. Like in bookly we need a custom service duration option. How can we implement a custom service duration for a service in Amelia?

There isn't such possibility in Amelia with its current built-in features, unfortunately, and there isn't an integration with such a tool available for Amelia, I'm afraid.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, and see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.
After it's been reviewed it will be presented on the front page, for voting. Please note that it may take some time before your suggestion is brought up for voting since we receive quite a lot of suggestions on daily basis.

Just one addition - you can add Extras to your services, so people can add extra time if they need it.
For example, you can add an extra "Extra 1 hour", and set the maximum quantity for it. So, a customer books an extra hour, and selects quantity "3", so along with the service duration of 1 hour, they extend the appointment for additional 3 hours.
You can also change the labels in Amelia/Customize, so it doesn't say "Extra", but "Need additional time?" for example.
