At the moment we only have Coupons. The only way someone can purchase an appointment as a gift, and have that person who receives the gift receive the email notification would be to add their name, last name, email, and phone in the booking form. In that case, however, the person that purchases the appointment will not receive any emails.

You can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if there is such a request there and vote for it. 

Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

Currently, there is no such feature built-in in Amelia. 

Amelia is an appointment/event booking plugin, and without booking a date, and a time, you can't book/buy anything.
