I have a problem with PayPal on https://lakcuneo.com/, it was ever work fine, but now my customer syas me that the people can booking and appoinment througth the paypal methods.
the error it show us is the following:
The merchant isn’t able to accept PayPal payments at this time. Please try again later or return to the merchant and choose another way to pay.

Since the credentials are correct, please just check if Test Mode is not enabled, where you insert the credentials, in Amelia > Settings > Payments.
If Test Mode is off, credentials are live, then we would need to investigate. Is it all customers (no one can pay)?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

The same is also happening to me, I believe Paypal is set up correctly and I am not in test mode.

You cannot post a private response because this is not your ticket.
Please open a new Private ticket, and we'll gladly help you out there. You can post your wp-admin (Administrator) user credentials in that ticket, along with the explanation of the issue, and we'll help you when we reach your ticket.
One thing you can check - is your currency supported in PayPal?
