    Hi,

    We would like to purchase the pro version of amelia booking and ask how many days does pro version lasts and also if this plugin can do the following:

    1. Take multiple bookings from a client
    2. Accept multiple bookings in time slots eg 4 at 10.00am (the number of slots avail will vary from day to day according to presenters avail)
    3. Accept payments (prepay booking option and also post booking option)
    4. Have automated responses to booking acceptance

    If it does not work and we already purchased the plugin, do we have a refund for this?

    Hi there,

    thank you for reaching out to us, and taking interest in Ameliasmile.png

    I'll be happy to advise regarding the plugin possibilities; Annual option is renewed each year on the day of purchase, Lifetime option will last you a lifetime:

    1. This can be done at once either via Recurring Services (client picks a day and time, then if they choose to repeat the appointment, they can repeat it Daily - several days in the row at the same time, Weekly - each week on the same day and time, Monthly, etc); or since you would purchase the Pro version, via Packages.

    2. You can increase the capacity of clients who can book one time slot; if you set 4 people as capacity for service A, all slots in service A will be able to accept 4 people for one single slot. You can also set the capacity per employee if your slot capacity varies; you would make multiple employees and each of them would have a set schedule and capacity for one service. In this way service A can have 10am - 11am slot accepting 4 people; 1pm - 3pm slot accepting 5 people; etc.

    3. Prepay booking option can be any of the online payment methods we offer; for these, client is required to pay immediately when booking. For post booking, there is an On Site option; client books and then pays upon arrival to your business. There are also deposits.

    4. There are both SMS and email notifications that are triggered during various actions (booking approved, cancelled, etc).

    You can always contact us within 15 days from purchase for a refund, if you're not satisfied with the product; hope this helps!
