Yes, Amelia does support your language, our plugin is multilingual. Approximately 90-95% of the plugin is translated into the languages stated above, but you can always translate it using Poedit or Loco Translate.
As long as your website is in French, Amelia will pick that up. All you need to translate into French are Notification Templates.
