We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I want to offer a special price for a block of 10 hours of consultation in a package. If my client has used 2 hours, I would like to know how I and my client can see the number of appointments they have used and is left to use in the package.
Thanks in advance
Hello Martin,
Thank you for your interest in our product.
What you are asking about is packages of services. Packages of Services is a feature that allows creating packages of multiple appointments (of the same or different services).
In that case, the services that are included in the package and the number of appointments will be fixed, and the price will be set for the whole package.
Customers will be able to book included Appointments on any days, with no strict recurrence. You can see more information here.
You will need to enable customer panel and employee panel and there you and your customers will be able to track how many of the appointments has been left to book.
Admins can view the number of appointments left in the package in Amelia/Services/Packages - you will see the "purchases" button next to the package name, and when you click on it, you will see the date range you can pick to see when a package was booked, by whom, and how many appointments are still left to be booked.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
