    Hi,

    I'm looking for some assistance as the plugin is not working as expected.

    I have enabled the 'Responsiveness' option in the settings but it is rendering a table that is unusable on mobile devices. It's working well for large screen.

    When I inspect the code using dev tools there are no errors generating.

    Can you please take a look and point me in the right direction to get the table to work well responsively.

    Please note that the purchased code was linked to my managers account ([email protected])

     Thank you for your purchase.

    Sorry for the late response, we have some agents that have contracted Covid-19, so our team is cut in half.

    Can you please tell me did you hide columns that you need for tables and mobile as well as is explained in our docs?

    In the column properties for each column you will see two switches:

    • “Hide on tablets”: Enabling this switch will mean that the cells of this column won’t be visible on tablets; and the corresponding data will be available only after clicking on the “+” button which appears on the first visible column of each row.
    • “Hide on mobiles”: Enabling this switch will make the cells from this column invisible on mobile phone screens, but the data will be available after clicking on the “+” button which will be on the first visible column of each row.

    More quicker option is to access the Hide on Mobile/Tablet options by clicking on the Column list button above the table where you can set  this option for multiply columns at once and save changes.

    Can you please tell me did you set that?
