we are observing a major problem with the allocation of appointments that have already been booked.
Our employees can manage appointments themselves. The internal note is particularly important to us. A note is made there after or before the appointment - as a form of documentation.
As soon as the employee has edited the appointment and added a note, the appointment disappears from his dashboard and is automatically assigned to a colleague who offers the same service.
Please check if Employee perhaps has an admin role in WordPress when he is logged into the backend, or and Admin role is active in general when he is accessing the backend or the frontend panel.
Good Morning,
we are observing a major problem with the allocation of appointments that have already been booked.
How can that be?
This is absolute chaos.
Hi Katrin,
thank you for reaching out to us

Please let me know.
