In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hi,

    It looks like you can do just about anything with this plugin. But I can not find anything in the documentation about one very simple option. Select multiply timeslots to book in one booking. 

    We have premises that we lending out to local residens for partys and gatherings. You can book this with 6 or 3 hours steps all the time. You select one of two options, a large room or the sauna. Select the date. And then, depending on if its the sauna (3 hours) or the room (6 hours) you select if you want to hire it from 00:00 - 06:00 and 06:00 - 12:00 and 12:00 - 18:00. So the booking time is 00:00 to 18:00 that day. 

    If want to lend it more then one day for sleepover, you can select the timeslots Friday 18:00 - 24:00, Saturday 00:00 - 06:00 and Saturday 06:00 - 12:00. All in one booing, just click the time slots you want.

    Is this not possible with Amelia?

    Hi Fredrik, 

    A feature to book multiple time slots is currently not available, we do have it in plan but I can't say exactly when it will be implemented. There is no option to set exactly what you are looking for, however there is a feature to make appointments recurring so they can choose one appointment and have it repeat daily, however, this appointment will be booked at exactly the same time for all of the days.
