Hi, Why is it necessary with Amelia to have people log in again to do a booking, even when they are already logged in on a buddyboss site? The users, both employeees and customers will be already logged into the site. Currently when you navigate to an employee booking tab on their profile, it just shows a login form.

    Hi Jaya,

Apologies for replying a bit later. Could you please tell me have you created these employees and customers in Amelia and are they connected to these WP users (buddyboss) ? All of the users need to be created as employees or customers in AMelia and connected to WP Users so they can access the AMelia panels while they are logged in to BuddyBoss.

You can create Amelia customers/employees automatically from WP users if they have Amelia Customer or Amelia Employee role in WP (you need to add one of these user roles as well, and you can do this by using some plugin for adding multiple roles to the same users in WP, like User role editor) and you will find these options on the BB Integrations -> Amelia page https://wpamelia.com/buddyboss-integration/

    Hi Marija,

Ok, I got them properly added with the button... I think it was because I was testing as an admin, not a user with Amelia Customer role.

    Thanks!

    Hi Jaya,

Ah yes, then it is probably because of that - you shouldn't access the Amelia panels while logged in as an admin to WP , but only in incognito mode or while logged in as a customer or employee to WP, because the panels are recognizing the user.

    You are welcome.
