In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hi,

    I am having an issue that just started where any of my backend pop-ups and some front-end pop-ups related to wpdatatables are coming up with small modal's.  I have Forminator setup as pop-ups as well and those seem fine.  Most of these are behind logins so I can give you access if needed.  I haven't added any custom CSS, no code changes, just normal updates.  I've cleared cache as well and still experience the same thing.

    Sorry for the late response, we have some agents that have contracted Covid-19, so our team is cut in half.

    Yes it looks like that is CSS conflict with theme or some other plugin.

    Can you try to change the theme and see is it working?

    If is working then please send us that theme so we can test it in our local environment and to find some solution.

    If theme is not the case, then can you please try to deactivate plugins one by one to check which one is causing the issue.
