Hey! Within the employee panel I'd like to show the customers names within it, so employees can easily see name, number etc connected to the specific appointment. How do I achieve this? Thank you!

Have you enabled your employee to manage their appointments in Amelia > Settings > RolesĀ > Employee?
Could you provide access to your Employee Panel, or screenshot what exactly your employee sees? Please let me know.
