This is a Suggestion to Amelia development Team in order to improve COUPONS functionality.
You could add "Min. Quantity" column that coupons would require to be allowed to customers to be uses.
for example: coupon "PACKx6" that gives customers 10% discount could be only used only in cases customers has booked a minimum of 6 sessions or more, and so on. Not active if customer would want to apply this coupon to an only one booked session.
Pls, notify me in case you could add this feature to Coupons.
Thank you for your suggestion, we will forward it to our developers, but with the current setup of Amelia this is already possible.
All you need to do is create a coupon, and configure it, and then switch to the "Notification" tab. In there, you can set the "Notification interval" to be "6". When you do this and include the coupon's placeholder in the email (for example %coupon_1%), that placeholder will always be blank until the customer books 6 appointments.
After they book the 6th appointment, the placeholder will be replaced with the coupon that they can use for the next appointment.
