I just checked your website through Google Chrome, and I can see it's working fine:
As for Internet Explorer, that browser is no longer supported even by Microsoft, so all our future testing will exclude Internet Explorer. Sorry for the inconvenience, but since the browser has been abandoned, so will its support for all applications, plugins, and platforms.

Yeah, caching issues are (unfortunately) normal, so the best advice I can give at this time is to prevent caching of pages where Amelia is located.
