We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I'm trying a friend's Amelia to see if it's something I should invest in. I think it looks good, I have a paragliding company in Sweden. I have had another company before for booking, but now I want to get it to my website.
Is it possible in any way to send an email to everyone in, for example, an event? And then not a notification. That's the only thing I'm missing.
Hello Timmy
Thank you for your interest in Amelia.
I'm sorry, but I don't quite understand your question. We have email notifications that can be sent to every attendee that books an event, and every employee that's assigned to the event, but that's an Email Notification, so the 2nd part of your question is not clear to me - "Is it possible to email everyone, and then not a notification" - can you please explain that in a bit more detail?
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Thank you.
I want to be able to send an email from Amelia, to all people who have booked a service, is this possible?
And then not as an automated email, I want to send it whenever I want. So that I do not have to copy all addresses to my own email account.
Hope I explain myself more clearly.
Thank you, Timmy, that's a perfect explanation.
However, unfortunately, this cannot be done within Amelia. It can only send automated emails, and it doesn't offer you an option to email all customers that booked a certain service or an event.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
