Hello, We have three questions to ask you before deciding whether to license.
1. Google calendar synchronization can be done so that ALL reservations are shown in the same gmail / google calendar account? In addition to being displayed on the employees' google calendars.
2. We want to install Amelia on an intranet that already has password access to the front office. Is it possible to do that when entering with that user, it is not necessary to re-enter the username and password when entering the employee panel?
3. Lastly, is it possible to make the appointment record have a calendar layout, as if the events view does? For our project we need a mix of both options.
1. If you want all appointments to be displayed in the same calendar, you will need to link all your employees to the same Google Calendar. However, if you enable "Remove Google Calendar busy slots", so busy events from Google are removed from your employee's available time slots, once an appointment is made, all employees linked to this calendar will be blocked during this time.
2. In order to allow existing WordPress users to log both into WordPress (or WooCommerce, or some membership plugin) and Amelia using the same credentials, customers and employees in Amelia need to have "Amelia Customer" or "Amelia Employee" user role assigned to them. If there's a WordPress user created, but they don't yet have anything purchased through Amelia, you need to enable "Automatically create Amelia Customer user" in Amelia Settings/Roles/Customer, and then - after they log into their WordPress user, once they land on Amelia's booking page, their details will already be populated, and once they purchase the appointment, they'll be able to visit the Amelia Customer Panel without logging in (since they're already logged in as a WordPress user).
3. Currently it's not possible to have the same layout appointments have their layout and events have their you will need to create separate things depending on your need.
