Thank you for your inquiry and sorry for our late response, we had a nonworking day in our country (plus the weekend).
1. If you create a service with a maximum capacity of 1, then a one-on-one session will be available, but you should know that in our plugin admin sets the duration of the service and if the customer wants to set a different duration this can only be added with our extras that can be created beside services and have its own duration. For example, you can set the basic service duration to be 1 hour and then create extras so customers can choose extra 30 minutes or 1 hour to add together with the service.
2. For this one you would need to use our events but at the moment we don't have the option to restrict other customers from booking the event. The only workaround would be to put the event booking form on some private page and send a link in the Approved Appointment Notification so customers that have booked the first one-on-one session can access that link and make another booking.
3. For this one you will also need Events since only events can have already predefined start and end dates and times.
Would Amelia support a service/course that comprised of the following group of meetings/appointments?
A course would consist of:
This service would be able to be selected by different location who would choose these own starting date (point 1.) and times (points 2. and 3.)
I would really appreciate you responding to this .
Thanks
