I have found that amelia plugin is causing a fatal error when active and trying to use woocommerce klarna payment plugin - I created a staging environment, with no other plugins active to fully test this and if Amelia is active the following error is reported at checkout every time:
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /homepages/25/d764578729/htdocs/clickandbuilds/WeblocsMembersHub/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/wc-core-functions.php on line 1898
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Hi Ivana, actually Aleksandar answered on another thread with a fix for this.
It may however be beneficial to publish that fix as a blog/article as I only found a support ticket referencing to it but not actually providing the fix (until Aleksandar replied)
I have sent the fix to Krokedil (woocommerce klarna payment plugin dev) as they didn't have an answer either.

no other plugin causes this error.

Hey Matthew
As mentioned in the other ticket, we created a temporary knowledgebase article related to this:
Klarna Payment plugin fails
Hope it helps others before we release a permanent fix.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
