We'd like to offer a package of services. However, there is no package tab on the services page. I assume we need to update the plugin to the newest version? It is on auto update now. But we still do not have the package tab available. Can you please advise. Thank you.
To add to my previous post, there is a notice in the plugins section that there is a new updated version of Amelia available (see screenshot below). And it says it is not available via automatic update. However, when I navigate via the prompts to the Version 4.53 page, the only option I seem to have is to again purchase Amelia. I've already purchased it. I just want to update it. And that being said, I don't know for sure that the update will add the package option to the services page. Please advise. Thank you.

The Package feature is part of our Pro and Developer license and isn’t supported in Basic license,which is the one you currently have.
You can upgrade from Basic to Pro anytime; just contact us and provide the email you purchase Basic with, and let us know if you want Pro Annual or Pro Lifetime.
Then we will contact our reseller Paddle, and they will charge the payment method you use for Basic, for the amount of the difference between Basic and Pro.
So, if you decide to do so in the future please let us know

The price that you would pay for the upgrade would be a pro-rated charge, meaning you won't be paying for the price difference between licenses, since we cannot refund the time spent on the license you currently have.

You bought a Basic Yearly license, that costs $59 (roughly $0.16 per day).
After 100 days, you want to upgrade to Pro, which costs $109 (roughly $0.3 per day).
Time remaining on Basic (what going to reduce the upgrade price): $42.4 (265 * 0.16) Time spent on Basic: $16 (100 * 0.16) Time remaining on Pro: $79.5 (265 * 0.3)
So, the price is not Pro - Basic (109-59=50), but instead a pro-rated charge, and you are going to be charged around $79.5 - $42.4 = $37.1.

Your subscription renews on the same date (1 year after purchase) and your purchase code remains the same.
Please let us know if that's alright with you, and if it is, we'll charge the card (or the PayPal account, depending on what you used) we have on file and send you the installation file for the new license.

Yes, this works just fine. Please charge us the upgrade fee and let us know how to update the plugin. Right now it's set on automatic update. But that does not currently seem to be automatically updating.
Also, on another topic, we have added Woo Commerce to the site and set up a Gift Card. We would like to be able to do two things: 1) keep track of gift card numbers; and 2) once people have purchased the gift card, set up a way for them to book the appointment and 'redeem' the card, assuming it's already been paid for. Does Amelia have the functionality to handle this?
Thank you, Will do. Just to confirm. When I upgrade the plugin and make sure that "Delete datatbase tables" is turned off, can I assume that all the current appointments in Amelia and settings will remain in the database and repopulate in the updated plugin? Thanks, Mark
You should, however, deactivate Amelia, activate it again, and purge cache from the server, your site, and your browser. Otherwise, you may face issues like "disappearing" services (they're basically still there, but due to cache they're not being displayed).
