Dear friends, I would like to upgrade my subscription from basic to pro. Believe it or not: It looks as though there is no upselling option available.
The only info I could find is a public ticket from a person with the same ambition. In that case TMS cooperated with the seller and manually upgrade the subscription. I almost doubt that this is the only way to upgrade, but of course would be fine with me.
Could I kindly ask you to do so? If you could show me a more efficient way (especially one that I can do myself), that would be even better.

Yes, I'm afraid that's the only way at the moment; we contact our reseller Paddle, and they will charge the payment method you use for Basic, for the amount of the difference between Basic and Pro. Just provide us the email licence was purchased with if you would like to proceed.
