We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I need to be able to see how many more appointments each of my clients has in the package that they bought.
Thank you - when i go to click everything all the status shows me is if they paid or not.
Hello Daria.
You can see that in Amelia/Services/Packages. When you filter by dates (you filter by the date of purchase) you will see purchased packages, how many appointments have been booked, how many appointments are left to be booked, and you also have an option to book the appointments for your customers:

I do not have the option to filter by customer
Hello again Daria
Sorry for the late response. Our team is cut in half due to Covid-19 infections, so our response times are longer than usual. Thank you for your patience!
At the moment, you can only filter packages per date, but from your screenshot, it doesn't appear that you updated the plugin to v4.3 since you don't have the "Purchases" and "Edit" buttons in your screenshot:
Please update the plugin to the latest version in order to manage Packages. This will be enhanced in the future, but I don't have an ETA, nor can I say exactly to what extent you'll be able to modify the purchased packages.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
