when I run a test on book appointments through Amelia, the appointment always shows "pending" on my dashboard even though I choose "Approved" in Default Appointment Status.
I can't get any notifications as a customer but appointment rejected mail and the "to Elmpoye" notification do not have this issue.
Please help me out with these two questions, thank you.
Please check Amelia's General Settings and see what the default status of the appointment is configured. If it's set to "Approved", please access this service and go to the Settings tab. In there, check if the default status of the appointment is.
If it's set to Approved there, please tell me what the minimum capacity of the service is? If the minimum capacity is above 1, and you only have one customer booked for this appointment, the status will remain Pending until the minimum capacity is reached.
Do you have notifications for the customer enabled? Have you checked your SPAM folder? Notifications either work for all, or they don't work - they can't selectively work, so please check if you enabled the correct notifications, and if maybe they arrived as SPAM.
