For some reason we can't edit an Event we had set up. We get the spinning wheel of death. We can create new events but even after we create it we can't edit it.
Looks like we can edit everything else. Please advise, this is time sensitive.
Update: We found that by adding tags to events causes this problem, after about the 6th event it locks up. We solved the problem by deleting the tags in the database. Can you look at this and write a patch for it?
This should not be related to tags, and we can't replicate this issue locally.
Can you please create an event that can't be edited, and then provide me with a temporary wp-admin user (administrator), along with the database access credentials (phpMyAdmin or cPanel), and we'll gladly take a look at your site, and see what's going on.
Please note that this is a public ticket, so when sharing the credentials, make sure to enable the PRIVATE response.
Thanks for letting us know the issue has been resolved.
That's exactly what I would've done if you provided me with the credentials.
Since you made the change in the database, it will not revert after an update.
Unfortunately, we can't write a patch for it, since 90% of websites don't have this enabled, and there's no way for Amelia to check that dependency when it's activated.

Hello Patrick

Deleting the tags resolved the issue for a while, then it happened again. I found this thread https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com//ticket/2897024/
I went into the database, phpMyAdmin, and modified "amelia_settings" in wp_options, and changed BIG_SELECTS from 'false' to 'true'.
This seems to have resolved the problem. Can you write a patch for this?
