In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hi,
I have some issue loading the amelia plugin. I have it installed shortcodes on my site. I am able to select a date and time from the calendar, then it takes me to the customer details form. After clicking to continue to the next page it does not load. I have attached pictures. Please let me know what I can do.

Can you please tell us if you have updated the plugin to the latest version (4.3)?
Are you using any caching plugins? If so, please exclude pages with Amelia from its settings since Amelia is conflicting with caching plugins.
Have you correctly set up the notifications? This can happen if the notifications that are triggered by the last step in the booking form cannot be executed so it keeps loading forever.
